Privacy policy

Orbit is operated by La Ultima Grabacion. This policy explains the public information website and the local Orbit publisher.

The public website

This website has no account registration, video uploads, advertising, or application analytics. Its hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical request information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver and secure the website. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

The local publisher

Orbit uses videos you select, titles and descriptions you enter, account information, and authorization credentials to perform the publishing actions you request. Account preferences are stored in your browser. YouTube authorization tokens are encrypted for your Windows user and stored on your computer. Videos are sent to the chosen platform only when you confirm an upload.

Platform connections

Orbit uses YouTube API Services. Google authorization allows Orbit to identify your channel and upload videos on your behalf. Google’s privacy policy applies to Google’s processing. You can revoke access in Google account permissions or disconnect in Orbit.

The TikTok connection is under development and testing. The planned integration requests basic profile access and permission to send selected videos to your TikTok inbox for you to review and publish. TikTok processes information under its privacy policy. This website does not request those permissions.

Retention and your choices

Local preferences remain until you clear them. Disconnecting YouTube in Orbit removes its locally stored authorization. Copies of videos uploaded to a platform remain there until you manage or delete them through that platform. Closing Orbit does not delete platform uploads.

We do not sell personal information. Information you email us is used to respond to your request and retained as needed to handle it. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information held by La Ultima Grabacion by contacting contactolaultimagrabacion@gmail.com.
